Through their service, volunteers reflect the love of Christ, support the daily operations, and help create meaningful, transformative experiences for all who come to this special place.

    • Model Christian character in service and interactions with guests and staff
  • Adherence to Policies and Safety Standards:
    • Follow all GLCC policies, procedures, safety protocols, and the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
    • This includes maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and fellow volunteers

    • Open, timely communication builds trust and supports the ministry’s effectiveness.

    • Attend all required volunteer onboarding, orientation sessions, and any job-specific training to help you feel equipped, confident, and connected to our mission and team.
  • Willingness to Learn and Serve Where Needed:
    • Be flexible and open to a variety of tasks and operational hours of support.
    • While we aim to place volunteers in areas that align with their skills, interests, and availability, the organization often calls for a willingness to step in where and when help is most needed.
