Come join a growing organization in the sUAS drone industry! Flightwave, a wholly owned subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings, has an immediate opening for an experienced Electronics Repair Technician. Candidates will be responsible for supporting quality, manufacturing and repair activities. The role will modify, repair and improve existing electronic products. This role will entail working with team leads, production supervisors, and engineers to continuously improve processes and product quality. Candidates will ensure production goals are performed in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
Responsibilities

Execute on production, manufacturing, testing, engineering, and repair tasks

Perform setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, test instruments, and mechanical assemblies
Basic Qualifications

Experience with custom cable or wire harness assemblies, crimping, terminations, and continuity testing

Ability to use test procedures, drawings, read schematics, and verbal/written instructions to test, repair and troubleshoot to the component level
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field preferred, or equivalent, relevant training, or combination of education and experience
ITAR/EAR Work Authorization Disclosure
