Position Summary:
Any Baby Can is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the Parents as Teachers (PAT) by planning and coordinating a wide range of programmatic and administrative support services. This role will be responsible for the coordination of Parent’s Café, Parents as Teachers (PAT) monthly group connections, outreach efforts, and administrative support as needed. This position is an important link between the program staff, agencywide staff, clients, and requires a high level of communication, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all Parents as Teachers (PAT) group connections for the PAT program. Ensure groups meet model fidelity requirements and stay within the program budget.
- Plan and facilitate at least 2 Parent Café’s monthly for the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Family Education program to model fidelity. Ensure Cafés are scheduled, staffed according to model requirements, and stay within the program budget.
- Serves as program’s intake and outreach point of contact. This includes conducting community outreach activities, processing incoming referrals, helping respond to new referral questions about program eligibility, and assisting with community resources when needed.
- Assist program supervisors and team leaders, as directed, by managing the incoming client referral forms, to facilitate client enrollment into the programs.
- Responsible for entering all required client data associated with intake, outreach, and event attendance in Apricot, while adhering to contract and HIPAA regulations.
- Responsible for processing expense invoices and submitting all financial documents to finance on a timely matter.
- Provide ongoing information and written materials to the community (medical providers, schools, clinics, community organizations, etc.) and other referral sources about Any Baby Can programs.
- Perform an array of technical and administrative work to support the Parents as Teachers (PAT) team, under the direction of the PAT Supervisors such as development of event outreach material, data quality assurance activities, order, maintain and organize program supplies, etc.
- Provides support to program leadership with the development, implementation, and monitoring of program special projects and initiatives.
- Other assignments may be added as needed or required.
