Job Summary:
We at Golden Heart Home Services LLC are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Scheduler to coordinate and manage the schedules of our clients and caregivers. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care, and supporting our caregivers with their schedules. Ability to problem solve and efficiently manage a schedule and scheduling shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily and monthly schedules of caregivers and clients.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments, schedule changes, and special requests.
- Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduling information.
- Collaborate with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Willing to pick up shifts PRN
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2p-7p and Wednesdays 8-4p
- On Call as needed every other weekend (may work remotely from home)
Experience:
- Appointment scheduling: 6 months-1 year experience
