Job Summary:

We at Golden Heart Home Services LLC are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Scheduler to coordinate and manage the schedules of our clients and caregivers. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care, and supporting our caregivers with their schedules. Ability to problem solve and efficiently manage a schedule and scheduling shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily and monthly schedules of caregivers and clients.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments, schedule changes, and special requests.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduling information.
  • Collaborate with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Willing to pick up shifts PRN

 

Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2p-7p and Wednesdays 8-4p
  • On Call as needed every other weekend (may work remotely from home)

Experience:

  • Appointment scheduling: 6 months-1 year experience

Ability to Commute:

  • Saginaw, Mi

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self- starter, critical thinker
