Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1 yr. related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to do the job
- Demonstrated ability to skillfully operate milling equipment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, to include verbal, written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other business partners
- Ability to pro-actively identify areas for improvement and suggests plans for change
- Commitment to excellence and high standards of providing outstanding customer service and problem solving
- Ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Resourceful, self-starter with works well with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills including detail oriented, multi-tasking, planning, and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented, accurate, and thorough with a commitment to accountability
- Understands and actively works with basic math concepts
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn key operational computer programs
- Must comply with current driver qualification requirements and our Drug and Alcohol Policy

Routine use of a computer and cell phone. Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing are required. Vision abilities required include close, distance and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling are required. Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. are required.

Working at this facility entails continuous exposure to dirt, dust, dampness, airborne particles, extreme weather conditions and temperatures, heavy equipment and noise levels, and other attributes common to such sites. This role has regular exposure to machinery and moving parts, airborne particles including grain dust and hazardous materials or fumes, which will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The noise level in some of the work environments may require the use of hearing protection.
