What You’ll Do

The Detail Coordinator has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide positively remarkable support to customers and install partners.
• Verify & Review: Confirm measurement order submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every detail.
• Collaborate with Install Managers: Request approvals for custom work, commercial installs, and labor charges to keep projects on track.
• Drive Success: Capture accurate, timely record updates to empower our field offices to excel in both standard and complex orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred

Other Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.

• Travel is not required for this position.
