This position allows for remote work; however, it is a requirement that candidates reside within South Texas or the Rio Grande Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to employees regarding their insurance coverage
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly benefits tasks in system
- Review payroll premiums for employee enrollments
- Send missed premium communication to employees
- Audit benefit dates for employee status changes or terminations
- Process qualified event requests and provide instructions to employees
- Audit dependent verification documentation
- Reconcile provider invoices and communicate with representatives
- Manage FMLA/LOA/ADA cases for assigned facilities and ancillaries
- Assist Benefits Manager with ACA checklist periodically
- Work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator and facility and ancillary staff
- Communicate with Regional HR Managers and HR Team
