Clinical Liaison (RN, LVN or RRT) – Long-Term Care | Wellsential Health (Non-Profit)

Location: DFW Region
Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based | Monday–Friday with Occasional Weekends
Reports To: Corporate Director of Sales Management

As a Clinical Liaison for Wellsential Health — a Texas-based non-profit organization with a mission to elevate skilled nursing care, you’ll serve as the vital bridge between hospitals, physicians, case managers, and our skilled nursing facilities. You’ll use your nursing and/ or respiratory expertise to assess patient needs, coordinate seamless admissions, and share the people-first care that defines Wellsential Health.

What You’ll Do

  • Elevate Wellsential Health’s presence by building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers through value-driven meetings, educational in-services, and engaging events that inspire confidence and referrals. Educate referral sources about Regency and Wellsential Health’s non-profit mission, services, and specialties
  • Respond quickly to inquiries and coordinate patient transfers with facility teams
  • Conduct on-site clinical assessments and identify patients appropriate for Regency post-acute or long-term care
  • Track referral trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to monthly census goals
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource to both referral partners and families
  • Participate in local networking and community outreach events to promote our non-profit mission and build brand awareness

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN, LVN, or RRT license (required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills (SNF Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing Experience is a plus)
  • Experience in skilled nursing or hospital case management preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Prior marketing, liaison, or sales experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right nurse!)

Qualifications

Educational/Training Requirements

  • Education: RN/ LVN is required
  • Strong medical assessment skills
  • Prior hospital, ICU, LTACH experience is a plus
  • Former or current skilled nursing ADONs and DONs are encouraged to apply
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
