Senior Financial Analyst

Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team located in Victoria, Texas. This position will report directly to the CFO and be an integral team member to support our company’s growth and success.

Essential Functions:

· Analyze financial data of company operations which includes 70+ skilled nursing facilities and 5+ ancillary businesses to detect trends and develop action plans

· Study industry-specific business trends and research data

· Prepare and format data-backed reports to support the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors in making strategic business decisions

· Participate in annual budgeting, annual audits, and M&A projects

· Track and organize Finance department and overall company projects

· Provide assistance and support to CFO and Finance Department managers

· Assist in special projects for the Finance department

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a degreed accounting job role required

Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Motivated individual that displays initiative and has ability to work independently

Highly organized individual with ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in team settings
