Position Summary
The Accounting Specialist Assistant is instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with attendance review and billing processes, support corporate and bill card reconciliations, and perform various administrative finance tasks as assigned.
Position Responsibilities:Â
- Assist with ICM attendance tracking and related billing procedures
- Support the reconciliation of corporate and bill card transactions
- Prepare and distribute personal spending balance statements to families, planning specialists, and residential staff on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Assist with monthly and year-end closings
- Perform data entry, document management, and other finance-related administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, funder reviews, or other compliance activities
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, including data entry, scanning, and mail distribution.
