Summary

Responsible for the for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and light production tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining efficient workflows, and supporting production needs as required.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments per company and customer specifications
  • Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records in company systems
  • Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Track and report low inventory levels or discrepancies
  • Assist with basic production jobs associated with deburring, tumbling, drilling, assembly, kitting, labeling, or packaging of products
  • Stage materials and supplies needed for production runs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and warehouse areas
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with shipping, receiving, and production teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience                                             

Associate’s degree or how many three to five years Manufacturing, inventory and / or warehouse experience; or High School Diploma or GED with six or more years of experience in the manufacturing, inventory and / or warehouse industry.  Above average analytical, leadership and reasoning abilities. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP and other software programs is required.
