What You’ll Do:
As a Graphic Design and Marketing Support team member, you'll be a key part of how Griffin presents itself to the world. Your work will shape how our brand is seen across everything from print materials to digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life whether it’s a new product launch, a trade show campaign, or a simple sales flyer that makes a big impact.Â
You will also engage directly with end customers to collect and format customer logos, ensuring brand consistency in all materials. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external customers to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
Here’s a closer look at what your day-to-day might include:
- Create branded marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, social media graphics, web banners, and email visuals
- Support internal requests through a ticket-based helpdesk system, ensuring marketing needs are met quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with outside print vendors to keep production timelines on track
- Review marketing content to ensure its accurate, polished, and aligned with our brand standards
- Contribute ideas and design solutions that help promote our products and elevate our customer experience

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma is required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing support, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
- Experience supporting executive-level staff is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable learning and applying operational workflows in a collaborative environment.

Skills:
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition for branding and marketing.
- Ability to produce press-ready files and manage print production workflows.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data manipulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; marketing or promotional copywriting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Creative mindset with a commitment to upholding brand standards.

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between $18 - $19, and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
