Education/Experience RequirementsÂ
 High School Diploma along with, or. equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse Supervision, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and operations efficiently to meet on time delivery and quality standards
- Strong knowledge and experience with inventory management systems (WMS).
Skills and AbilitiesÂ
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities..
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities or schedules.
- Experience with full scope of warehouse safety, OSHA regulations and accident prevention
- Forklift certification required.
- Excellent and problem-solving skills
