Lead teen services and outreach by building strong partnerships with the local high school and youth organizations.

Plan and deliver engaging programs for teens and young adults, such as book clubs, maker activities, college/career readiness workshops, and teen advisory boards.

Cultivate a welcoming teen space that encourages reading, creativity, and social connection.

Engage teen volunteers and encourage youth participation in library initiatives.

Manage and develop the teen and young adult collection to ensure it’s diverse, current, and exciting.

Oversee daily branch operations and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Provide reference, advisory, and technology support to customers.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for teens and the community.

Represent the library in outreach activities with schools, organizations, and agencies.

Manage the circulation services desk as needed.

Perform other duties as needed.
