Provide software-focused technology assistance on the Mobile Library, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and other devices.

Liaise with IT staff for hardware-related technical issues beyond the scope of daily support.

Assist library customers and community members with using digital resources, software, and online tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Support the delivery of Mobile Library programs, including library and workforce/career development initiatives.

Promote technology services and digital resources within local communities.

Conduct outreach to local schools, agencies, and community partners to expand the reach of the Mobile Library.

Safely operate the Mobile Library during outreach events and service hours, as needed.

Maintain accurate records of technology support activities and assist with reporting.

Work collaboratively with the Mobile Library team.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
