JOB SUMMARY: The Inventory Control Coordinator under moderate supervision will support in maintaining our customer’s inventory levels with the goal of an inventory accuracy rate of 100% to flawlessly support our shipping requirements and expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the basic flow of product movements within the warehouse and how these movements reflect in the WMS, and JD Edwards.
- Perform and schedule cycle count and location audits and perform all necessary adjustments in the system.
- When variances exist, reconcile inventory variances, and perform deep forensics on possible reasons and provide comprehensive explanations.
- Monitor, maintain and update and database integrity as it pertains to inventory.
- As it relates to Production/Assembly, check work orders and the work order routing maintenance to ensure materials are issued. Generate Work Orders Supply Report and monitor closely to ensure that the work orders are closed once the product is built. Generate Work Order Shortage Report, notifying the appropriate department if the materials are available to build the product or if product needs to be re-ordered.
- As it relates to Distribution, Generate Sales Order Backlog Report and monitor closely to ensure that the sales orders are closed once products/materials are shipped.
- For rejected material, ensure use of hold tags and compliance to the hold process as well as perform any necessary system adjustments.
- DCL Box Consumables Bi-Monthly cycle counts and deductions.
- Ability to edit Table and Mis-Match daily management.
- WO Mis-Match audits and system verification.
- Cycle Count daily, weekly, and monthly lot/expiration audits.
- Coordinate all material transfers.
- Assure compliance to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and adhere to the DCL Code of Conduct.
Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned by department supervisor.
