We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing, sales, and creative vision across our hospitality, restaurant, and real estate brands spanning multifamily, hotel, and commercial properties. This is a hands-on executive role for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can think big, move fast, and inspire teams to bring our brands — located across multiple states — to life through impactful storytelling, guest experiences, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, elevate brand awareness, and support national expansion across multiple brands and markets.
- Collaborate directly with ownership, the COO, and brand presidents to align marketing initiatives with company goals and financial performance.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new restaurant openings, property launches, and brand introductions.
- Build scalable systems, creative processes, and standards for marketing, digital, and sales operations across The Siegel Group and Amazing Brands.
- Use market insights, customer data, and analytics to guide decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
Creative Direction & Brand Development
- Serve as the creative force behind all brands—developing, shaping, and maintaining distinctive brand voices, storytelling, and visual identities.
- Oversee advertising, photography, video, digital content, and packaging to ensure on-brand, high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations leaders on menu design, product presentation, and promotions that align with brand positioning.
- Manage internal and external creative resources, including agencies, designers, and media partners.
Sales & Growth Leadership
- Lead the sales strategy for catering, events, and local partnerships across all restaurant brands.
- Drive lead generation, loyalty, and community engagement initiatives to grow customer base and repeat business.
- Implement systems for performance tracking, local store marketing, and sales accountability.
- Partner with operations to ensure the guest experience reflects and reinforces marketing and sales objectives.
Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns, promotions, and product launches that capture attention and deliver measurable ROI.
- Oversee media planning across digital, print, radio, TV, outdoor, and influencer partnerships.
- Create impactful seasonal and experiential marketing that connects emotionally with guests.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand presentation across all touchpoints.
Digital, Social & Data Strategy
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including website strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and email marketing.
- Build brand communities through engaging, authentic content and high-impact storytelling.
- Analyze campaign results to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Identify and leverage new technologies and platforms to stay ahead of consumer trends.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and inspire a talented team across marketing, creative, and sales disciplines.
- Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving culture that thrives on creativity, accountability, and results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Culinary, and HR to align brand vision and business goals.
- Represent The Siegel Group and Amazing Brands as a senior brand ambassador in community, media, and industry settings.
