EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field required.  Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five (7) years of business loan underwriting or credit analysis experience (with additional experience in commercial loan portfolio management and/or business / commercial lending experience preferred).
- Well-developed analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of credit and credit quality including extensive financial analysis abilities preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of business/commercial deposit/loan products and services and industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing member relationships.
- Must be able to work independently and to organize and plan/schedule for optimal productivity and achieve production goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services in order to identify cross-selling opportunities that would benefit the member.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
