EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Â
- High School Diploma and Associate Degree in Business or related work experience
- Two years of financial services experience, preferably in Business/Commercial lending environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe
- Knowledge of TVFCU loan systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a multitude of assignments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality work
- Ability to maintain positive interactions and confidentiality with members, coworkers, and department team members
- Deep knowledge of business and commercial banking products and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with members, staff and management
