Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years in technical sales or business development in fuels/lubricants.
- Strong knowledge of chemical formulations and additives.
- Experience with industrial, automotive, or specialty lubricants.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- MRP/ERP system experience (preferably D365 or Dynamix AX)
- Experience with high-performance additives.
- Familiarity with ASTM/API standards.
- Established network in the fuel and lubricant industry.
