  • Confidently present and review comprehensive treatment plans, answering questions with clarity and compassion

  • Manage scheduling and phone communications with professionalism and warmth

  • Process payments, post transactions, and assist patients with financing options

  • Track case acceptance, payments, and prepare daily and weekly reports

  • Follow up with patients who haven’t scheduled treatment—because every smile matters!

  • Support office operations through referrals, data entry, and maintaining organized, accurate records
