Position Overview:
The Concessions Manager is responsible for effectively and profitably managing concessions operations for all baseball and non-baseball events at Coolray Field. This position reports to the Director, Food & Beverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
- Ensure the proper setup of all concession stands, portables, and bars
- Maintain a strong presence in all concession areas throughout the entirety of the event, troubleshooting any issues
- Provide concessions team with all pertinent information, ensure successful operations
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to create an exciting concession menu and ensure proper execution of all offerings
- Work closely with the Director of F&B to manage costs as it relates to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, smallwares, etc working within established budgets
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
- Constantly communicate with the front office for information and updates regarding attendance
- NPO communication and management
- Sub-contractor communication and management
- Aid Director of F&B in nightly and monthly inventory and reporting
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required; this role will support other departments as needed
