The Lifecycle Marketing Manager drives the strategy, content, and execution of fan engagement campaigns across Diamond Baseball Holdings’ (DBH) portfolio of Minor League Baseball clubs. This role blends creative storytelling with technical expertise—owning the campaign calendar, audience strategy, and in-platform builds within Iterable and other lifecycle marketing tooks. Working closely with DBH’s central marketing operations team and club marketers, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager ensures that every message sent strengthens the fan relationship and contributes to measurable business growth.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies that engage, convert, and retain fans across email, SMS, and in-app channels.Â

Build, test, and optimize campaign templates, journeys, and triggers that support key fan touchpoints—from first ticket purchase to season renewal.Â

Contribute to audience strategy, ensuring data hygiene, tagging, and governance best practices are maintained across all club instances.Â
