- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and/or training
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience with managing high volume
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- High attention to detail with the ability prioritize tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- On site, in-office presence required
