- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology or Associate degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology program.
- Clinical Laboratory Technologist License issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical laboratory or a minimum of 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
