Speech Language Pathologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Speech Language Pathologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Morrisania, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice.  Located on 1225 Gerard Avenue in the Bronx, Gotham Health/Morrisania has been serving the South Bronx for over 45 years. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing coordinated world-class primary and specialty care with dignity and respect for all New Yorkers.

Opportunity Details:

• Administer specialized age-appropriate testing and evaluations. 
• Provide appropriate therapy, as prescribed by the physician.
• Keep accurate records of patient’s progress, goals, and attendance.
• Make recommendations for home programs. 
• Attend clinics and team meetings, as necessary, and participate in departmental QI meetings.
• Provide periodic in-services to staff regarding speech pathology.

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Required NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist 
• CCC-SLP, Preferred
