- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum two years of moderate to high level administrative work experience is required.
- Experience using database software, including data entry and reporting is required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and efficient at handling projects simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Adobe products, social media platforms, video conferencing tools, and various livestreaming platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Collaborative and solution oriented.
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn The United Methodist Church organizational structure as it pertains to districts and clergy relationships.
Additional Considerations:
- $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
- Must reside within the geographic boundaries of the Montana or Wyoming Districts.
