- A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Clergy status or United Methodist Church background is helpful.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising staff and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and fundraising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Current knowledge or willingness to learn the polity and theology of The United Methodist Church is helpful.
