POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for scheduling, maintaining, ideating, and reporting the day-to-day activities of RMCF’s marketing department. Overseeing eCommerce and digital advertising budgeting may also fall under this role. The ideal candidate is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker that is both numerically savvy and self-motivated to produce positive change. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is a role that carries performance-based upward mobility and acts as an unbiased liaison of the department with growing leadership capability.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Oversee media generated by our in-house content creators and our social media content strategy, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations under the guidance of the VP of Marketing.
  3. Generate reports and dashboards that reflect the performance of our campaigns, content, and individual team members.
  4. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Screen and assign projects to ensure alignment with marketing strategy.
  6. Maintain relationships with print vendors and other external resources to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  7. * Provide feedback and guidance to the design team with ongoing projects.
  8. * Manage inventory levels and sales data for RMCF and Amazon
  9. * Oversee and adjust search engine and social media marketing spend.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. 5+ years serving in a marketing function with physical goods and/or personnel management.
  2. Experience leading a team of creative professionals through projects of varying scope.
  3. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and project coordination.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  5. Strong understanding of photography, videography, and content creation.
  6. Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Planning, organizing and follow up skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within sensitive deadlines and a changing environment.
