POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for scheduling, maintaining, ideating, and reporting the day-to-day activities of RMCF’s marketing department. Overseeing eCommerce and digital advertising budgeting may also fall under this role. The ideal candidate is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker that is both numerically savvy and self-motivated to produce positive change. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is a role that carries performance-based upward mobility and acts as an unbiased liaison of the department with growing leadership capability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee media generated by our in-house content creators and our social media content strategy, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage day-to-day operations under the guidance of the VP of Marketing.
- Generate reports and dashboards that reflect the performance of our campaigns, content, and individual team members.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Screen and assign projects to ensure alignment with marketing strategy.
- Maintain relationships with print vendors and other external resources to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
