Education: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, engineering, marketing, business, or other relevant major.
Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, culinary operations, or foodservice equipment marketing, sales, or development.
Additional preference will be given to candidates with the experience in the following areas (experience is preferred but not required):
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen workflows and cooking processes.
- Experience working with or developing hot holding or cooking equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
- Culinary degree or hands-on kitchen experience is a strong advantage.
