Job Summary: Looking to hire an individual with a great personality and customer service skills. Person should be able to answer multiple calls, set up appointments, and dispatch Field Technicians in relation to the job opportunity and provide all necessary information to the field Technician to ensure the job is complete and to the customers satisfaction. Must have basic computer skills. QuickBooks is a plus. Able to maintain customer records and files and perform general office duties. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
  • Provide all necessary information to field technicians.
  • Enter total calls run for each day.
  • Maintain GPS tracking system and software for company vehicles.
  • For after-hours/emergency service calls, enter sales orders and enter on schedule.
  • Provide tally sheet report weekly to the Sales Manager.
  • Scan fleet maintenance records and save to the public drive.
  • Answer telephone; assist customers.
  • Back up other office personnel as needed to facilitate a smoothly operating office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
