Shipping Material Handler

Do you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to ensure our high-quality ergonomic products reach customers accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, package, and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP system transactions.
• Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.
• Generate shipping labels/documents and verify completeness of orders.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).
• Forklift (PIT Equipment) experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
