Position Summary:Â This position is responsible for verification of product quality, workmanship, and other factors above standard quality. Provides feedback to Line Leaders and Assistant Reviewer of discrepancies and makes recommendations for corrections.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Â
- Enter data into AX system.Â
- Unload meat trucks at multiple locations.
- Verifies incoming materials.Â
- Assists the shipping department with the movement of finished packaged goods to the customer/ consumer.Â
- Pick orders, loads/ unloads trucks, rotate product and participate in inventory counting.Â
- Expected to be cross-trained in all areas of Shipping and Receiving department; work in Receiving as needed.Â
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Office products as well as AS/400 required.Â
- Will be required to work in Warehouse Management System, including a RF gun used to track levels of inventory.Â
- Overtime may be frequent during peak production periods.Â
- Other duties as assigned.Â
- Takes responsibility of work area to produce a safe and quality food product. Reports all food safety related problems to manager and to the QA department in order to initiate immediate action.Â
