Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Outbound) – Teledentistry
About This Role
We’re looking for empathetic, service-driven professionals to join our Teledentistry Support Team in Fort Lauderdale, FL! In this role, you’ll connect with patients who need urgent virtual dental care — helping them schedule, follow up, and feel supported every step of the way. What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and wellness checks
- Provide post-consultation support and help patients navigate next steps
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect health assessment information
- Reconnect with past patients for preventive or follow-up care
- Coordinate with clinical teams, insurance, and pharmacies as needed
- Accurately document call notes in the system
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance at all times
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or telehealth environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Compassionate, patient demeanor and strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must be willing and able to commute to our office located at 6451 N Federal Hwy, Suite 500, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with dental or medical terminology
- Experience using CRM or Practice Management Systems
- Prior experience with sales or cross-selling
