- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, management, education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in project, operations, or program management; background in education or public sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, including cost-benefit and policy analysis.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or similar tools), and database management.
