- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred, however previous experience in intercollegiate athletics may be substituted for the Master’s degree (such prior experience must be in intercollegiate athletics at the coaching level and for a minimum of five (5) years at an institution of higher education).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) rules and regulations helpful. - Demonstrated commitment to education and student excellence.
- Administrative experience in intercollegiate athletics.
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a wide spectrum of university constituents.
- Familiarity with issues facing church-related, historically black colleges and universities.
- Commitment to the mission of the University, to the leadership of the President, and to the potential of each student for academic and personal achievement.

- $85,000 annually, plus benefits!

Founded in 1875, Huston-Tillotson University is Austin's first institution of higher education.
