- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Ability to obtain Intervention and Developmental Specialist Certifications (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic business skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Demonstrate ability to think analytically and utilize problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications
- Previous supervision experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other software platforms
- Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by RISE)
- Must provide or obtain MANDT and/or other de-escalation certification training (provided by RISE)
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check
