OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Business Analytics Intern will support operational reporting and process improvement initiatives within the billing and revenue cycle team. This role is ideal for a graduate student passionate about data, technology, and continuous improvement. The Business Analytics Intern will work closely with the Sr. RCM Analyst and cross-functional teams to build dashboards, analyze business processes, and drive efficiencies using modern tools.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with mapping and redesigning core processes in billing and revenue cycle operations
- Document reporting requirements, data sources, and workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs across other business functions
- Other duties as assigned
