MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ accounts receivable experience in billing/collections at both a transactional & analysis level; with a focus on Medical billing and Medicaid experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Computer skills experience preferred: Advanced excel skills (i.e. Macros), Microsoft D365 Business Central, and experience with other Microsoft 365 Apps including Power Bi is a plus.
- Experience working in and implementing EMRs.
- Knowledge of HIPAA.
- Experience with a multi-company organization highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills are a must.Â
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy are needed in order to meet deadlines.Â
- Must have strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of the accounting team. Must be able to work effectively with department co-workers as well as with members of other departments. Must be able to interface professionally both inside and outside of the organization.
