MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field required.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a compensation analyst required.
EQUIPMENT NORMALLY USED:
- Telephone and headset, computer, thin client, scanner, printer, multiple screens, fax, tools. Wiring and other equipment as needed.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

- Vision ability is required to do the job including close vision, far vision and color vision as well as the ability to adjust focus.
- The ability to work under stressful conditions that may require dealing with difficult people while handling multiple work assignments with specific deadlines
