- High School Diploma/GED
- Possess proven administrative, billing, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with employees, clients and families
- Have knowledge in using general office equipment & electronic health record documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google platforms
- 2 years administrative experience, preferred
