SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Marketing Social Media Intern, you will play an integral role in enhancing Alco Management’s online presence and strengthening our digital voice across key social media platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Team, you will assist in developing and executing engaging, community-focused content that reflects our brand values. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in digital marketing and social media strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Create and manage a 6-month content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop compelling short-form videos and eye-catching graphics that highlight our communities and residents.
- Design social media graphics, flyers, and branded content for community events, holidays, and announcements.
- Monitor inboxes, respond to comments and DMs, and act as a community manager on social platforms.
- Analyze and report on social trends and performance, including competitor content audits.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social pages and links.
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh, relevant ideas that engage and inspire our diverse audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives.
- Join or create local Facebook groups and engage as a brand ambassador
- Subscribe to and monitor newsletters in the cities and regions where we have communities.
