AT A GLANCE

The Broad River Retail Supply Chain Operations Professional will partner with our established 3PL provider to ensure final mile deliveries are executed to organizational standards. This high-profile position will act as a primary point of contact for all delivery related items across the Broad River Retail Organization. By creating and maintaining resources geared to improve the customer experience, the Supply Chain Operations Professional is expected to create a Premier delivery experience for our customers.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER

  • Maintain oversight around loadout operations.  
  • Take lead role in handling live customer escalations in collaboration with our RTD team
  • Ensure 3PL compliance to Broad River’s established SOP’s.
  • Actively monitor routes throughout the day and identify exceptions
  • Using KPI’s and various data sources, drive a culture of continuous improvement aimed at fulfilling our company’s purpose of “Furnishing life’s best memories”.
  • Foster strong relationships with logistics partners to uphold high standards for white glove delivery services, emphasizing a collaborative approach to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize final mile delivery operations, emphasizing relationship-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify replacement pieces for damaged merchandise identified during inspection/load-out
  • All other duties as assigned

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job the employee can expect:

  • The Supply Chain Operations Professional is expected to be in their assigned Distribution Center during morning load-out. After load-out is complete, flexibility to continue working from the DC or from home will be provided
  • Employees must arrange an appropriate workspace that ensures their productivity. Must be able to take participate in virtual meetings, on-camera, and calls with minimal distraction
  • Physical requirements such as extended periods of sitting, standing, and moving

  • Final-Mile delivery experience
  • MS Office
  • Warehousing and operational leadership experience
  • Strong Interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills
