POSITION OVERVIEW //
The Sales Manager playing a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients while maintaining exceptional service standards. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market analysis
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align client requirements with our products and services
- Promptly respond to client inquiries, providing detailed information, accurate quotes, and comprehensive bid specifications
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate favorable terms for prices, sales conditions, and service agreements
- Manage the contract preparation process, submit orders, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless fulfillment
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure effective communication
- Prepare and present regular account status reports and performance metrics to the sales manager
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships and brand loyalty
- Articulate complex information clearly and concisely through both written and verbal communication
- Collaborate with Creative and Operations teams to optimize and streamline the sales process
- Develop and maintain expertise in DMC and event services to provide informed recommendations
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to enhance overall organizational efficiency
- Oversee workflow and business management in partnership with a designated coordinator
- Review and refine proposals, prepare accurate cost sheets, and draft client contracts
- Participate in site inspections and client meetings as required
- Uphold and promote Destinations by Design sales service standards
- Maintain meticulous client program files and initiate internal workflows
