Position Summary: We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Business and IT Operations Analyst to lead key initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency, support staff training, and guide our technology transformation. This role bridges technology and organizational strategy, helping departments improve workflows, adopt new tools, and deliver on our mission.Â
In addition to supporting internal teams, this position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Jewish Community Center (JCC) partners across the U.S. and Canada, sharing best practices and aligning technology solutions to benefit the broader Alliance network. Business analysis and change managementÂ
Staff onboarding, training, and engagementÂ

Work closely with program, membership, development, and finance staff to understand their technical needs and deliver aligned solutions. Â
Operations and maintenanceÂ

Leads help desk for core software, network, devices, VOIP, and user accounts.Â

Support implementation of cybersecurity protocols (e.g., password policies, multi-factor authentication, secure data backups).Â
Project Management & ImplementationÂ

Coordinate new technology evaluations and deployments, leveraging project, change, and vendor management skills. Â
