Unarmed to Armed Security Officer
We are looking for the right individual to join our team in Charlotte, NC! Experienced or retired law enforcement/military with background in de-escalation tactics is a plus. Must be fluent in English, communicate well in writing as well as orally, and have good telephone/radio communications skills. This is a part-time position that works 6-hour day shifts from 8:00AM-3:00PM, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We are in a constant state of conservative growth, so opportunities for promotion are abundant.
Applicants with at least one year of verifiable security and/or customer service experience are desired, but we are always willing to speak with the right individual!
Work Requirements:
- Pass all firearms training including pistol with an acceptable score
- Ability to work all shifts; weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
- Working cell phone and email for timekeeping and communication
- Must have a driver license
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a thorough background check
- Pass a drug screen (as well as random drug screen)
- Ability to work alongside law enforcement and other authorities.
- Detail and goal-oriented
- Of good moral character
- Possess good hygiene and have a neat and clean appearance
