The Warehouse Supervisor for Strategic Accounts will plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution operations of products and materials. This role will be focused on the quality and accuracy of both Strategic Accounts and Retail customers. They will also perform supervisory duties as assigned. Responsible for consistent application of standard operating policies (SOPs) and the administration in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with operating procedures for receiving, labeling, picking, and shipping of products and materials.
• Review received orders check in, OOS reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
• Analyze process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Supervise the activities of team members engaged in receiving, storing, and labeling products.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all team members.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory and quality control.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing a team of hourly team members in a fast-paced production, distribution, or similar environment.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing team members. Experience managing temporary staff as well.
• Intermediate skill level with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics with the ability to effectively communicate business translation to your team members.

Expected Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $60k-$65k annually
