Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound calls
- Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
