The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers through incoming calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound calls
  • Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
