Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; with a minimum of 3-5 years of legal assistant experience supporting a Private Clients or Trusts & Estates practice group.
- Strong technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with iManage and Aderant a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the Firm, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrate willingness to assume additional responsibilities and assist other Practice Assistants when requested.
The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon factors such as experience and qualifications.
