Student
A Preceptor mentors and guides a less experienced colleague, the preceptee, during a defined period, typically focused on developing clinical skills and adapting to a new role or specialty. This relationship aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, fostering competence and confidence in the new role.
- Days and Hours Available: Monday-Friday, 8:00-6:30pm
- Clinic Locations Available: Valley Center and Santa Ysabel
- Must be 18 years or older.
